Shipping & Returns

We never sell or share your contact information, address, phone number, or email address. We ask for complete information when you create an account so we can ship your orders and handle any questions. We will email you information on specials, promotions and contests where winners receive gift certificates. If you receive our emails and don't want them just unsubscribe or email asking to be removed from our mailing list.

  • Free shipping on all orders totaling $100 or more going to a US address
  • $7.99 flat rate shipping for orders of less than $100. Orders under one pound can choose first class shipping which will cost less than $5.99
  • Orders shipping outside the 48 contiguous US States with a US address, such as Alaska, Hawaii etc. that contain 10, 25, 50 or 100 foot lengths of cord will ship USPS priority mail. About 3-4 days to arrive. Orders that contain 300, 500 or 1,000 foot spools will ship USPS parcel select and will take about 13-14 days to arrive.
  • If you choose option Pick UP (no freight cost) at checkout the order will be at our retail location which is 175 W 900 S Ste 14, St. George, UT. 84770.  Pick Up orders placed before 1 pm  will be available after 4 pm Tues - Sat. The retail store is closed Sunday and Monday.

We welcome international customers and use the best tools possible to make ordering easy and to reduce shipping costs..

  • Duties and tariffs are calculated by our website and must be paid at the time the order is placed. That eliminates any surprises about final costs.
  • If our site inadvertently overcharges you for shipping we will refund the difference immediately.

We ship using USPS, FedEx, UPS. Most international orders ship DHL. We reserve the right to choose the most appropriate carrier based on your address and the products ordered.

Most orders placed before 1 pm Mountain Time will be shipped the same day (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays).

We ship FOB. We guarantee to ship your order to the address you provide in a timely manner. We have no control over a package after it is in the hands of the chosen shipping company. If there are problems with delivery, we will do what we reasonably can to help you find a solution.

Returns Policy

We gladly accept returns and will issue refunds under the following conditions:
- Items must be received at our facility with 30 days of purchase
- Items must be in new condition

If those conditions are met, we refund the full price you paid for the item.

Items returned after 30 days will be subject to a 50% restocking fee

We do not refund shipping.
