275 Tactical paracord is a smaller version of the Type III 550 paracord.
The cord may slightly vary in color and length. Image colors can vary due to slight dye lot differences and computer monitor differences.
This thin paracord has just a bit of sparkle, visible in room light but quite shiny by flashlight in the dark. It is flexible and knots well. Because the cord is thin, I don't think it's reflective enough for someone in a car to see your shoelaces in the headlights, but it is easy to find a dropped rosary at night with a flashlight. The heavier paracord black- and- silver diamond pattern has probably four times the reflective threads, and would be a better choice for shoelaces if you insist on running across the road in front of cars.
