I wanted to try paracord as a barrier to deer entering my yard and chewing on my flowers and fruit trees. I was glad to find paracord manufactured in the US, and so far, the deer have stayed behind the line.
Pretty disappointing this seems to be a knockoff or real para cord, thinner and almost flat , it does have 7 strands ,but even they seem flimsy. The outer sheath is loose and looks like it will deform fairly easily. I haven’t burned any yet, but wont be surprised if it smells like burning polyester as opposed to nylon. 🫤
