I still prefer Paracord Galaxy over other suppliers, I was disappointed with the handling of my last order. I received only half of my order, initially. While you were quick to ship the balance of the order, I was under time constraints. I felt you could have rushed the balance of the order. My choice of shipping took the shipping time into account. I did not account for your mix-up. I sincerely hope this is not a new normal, that I need plan on packing/shipping errors on your end.
Thanks for your quick response. The colors are very vibrant and I will admit that I expected to get mostly drab colors, but thank you for making me eat my words, Love the deal and will buy another one!!!
