Poor spooler
I have sent several emails and recently picures of the condition our spool arrived in. It was twisted, turned, knotted and difficult to use. We have requested a replacement in exchange for this one. My husband is blind and needs a spool with cord that will easily unwind. I have not received any confirmation for my request.
