My order did not arrive when it was supposed to, and when I contacted customer service they replied, "there's not really anything we can do about it."
I have now ordered 3 of the lucky 7 grab bags to work on my large tree net. The different colors allows me to have unique patterns and the 100ft rolls are easy to work with. I will absolutely be ordering a few more!
