The photo doesn't lie: this orange cord is as deep orange as the photo suggests. Not flashy, but it feels very solid with the Triple-Strand interior cords (compared with the double-strand interior cords of most consumer paracord). I haven't tested this cord against its ratings, but it gives the impression that it is substantial and sturdy, just what you'd expect from a military-quality product. It's a little pricier, but you get what you pay for.
I have never been disappointed with paracordgalaxy.
I like the colors of the 550 parcord, and the hardware I ordered. I would like to see 3/4" split 'O' rings sold in bulk . . . more than 10 per package.
