Shipping & Returns
We will never sell or share your contact information, including your address, phone number and email address. We ask for that information when you create an account on our website so we can ship your orders and handle any questions. We pledge to uphold your privacy and will not share that information with any other company. We may occasionally email you information on specials and promotions. If you ask us not to email you will will honor your request.
- Free shipping on all orders totaling $100 or more going to US addresses
- $7.99 flat rate shipping and no discount for orders of less than $100
International customers are charged the actual cost of shipping. Our website uses the best tools possible to quote accurate rates.
- International customers are responsible for all duties and tariffs
- If our site inadvertently overcharges you for shipping we will refund the difference immediately.
We ship using USPS, FedEx, UPS or DHL. We reserve the right to choose the most appropriate carrier based on your address and products orders.
Most orders placed before 1 pm Mountain Time will be shipped same day (excluding Sundays and holidays).
We ship FOB. We guarantee to ship your order to the address you provide in a timely manner. We have no control over a package after it is in the hands of the chosen shipping company. If there are problems with delivery, we will do what we reasonably can to help you find a solution.
We gladly accept returns and will issue refunds under the following conditions:
- Items must be received at our facility with 30 days of purchase
- Items returned after 30 days will be subject to a restocking fee
- Items must be in new condition
- No food items (all food items are non returnable)
If those conditions are met, we refund the full price you paid for the item. We do not refund shipping.
