Paracord Galaxy Shipping and Return Policies

Shipping quotes include handling fees.

Our goal is to promptly and accurately deliver your order.

All orders placed before 3 pm Eastern Time Monday - Saturday are shipped same day! (Except holidays; no FedEx shipping on Saturdays.)

Our website may not quote accurate rates until you log on and progress to the shipping section of checkout. At that point it knows your address and can give an accuratge quote.

Paracord Spools

Recent postal service fee increases and policy changes mean we can no longer ship spools (300, 500, 1000 ft) of paracord outside of the contigous 48 states in the US. If you would like spools delivered to other areas, contact us and we will determine the best shipping method and quote actual costs. Costs will be high.

FREE or Flat Rate Shipping

US orders with 15 or more products qualify for free shipping (US only).
      (Packs count as one product.)
US orders with 1-14 products qualify for $7.99 flat rate shipping (US only). Alternately, customers can choose to pay the actual rate for USPS First Class or Priority shipping. On free and flat rate shipping, we can choose the carrier. Delivery time is usually 3-6 days

We ship using USPS, UPS, FedEx or DHL

- You can choose from available carriers as you check out
- We ship using the standard published rates for that carrier
- If for some reason we have problems shipping with your chosen carrier, we will ship via USPS, FedEx or DHL (our choice)
- We ship products quickly, usually within 24 hours

Signature Required

Our normal shipping does not require a signature upon receipt. If you want signature-required, please say that in a note when you place the order. Add any other special instructions. For example, if you do not want the package left on your porch then say so in a note as you place the order.

We Ship FOB

We ship "freight on board." We guarantee to ship to the address you provide and get products to the chosen carrier in a timely manner. If there are delivery problems, you must resolve them with the carrier. Please let us know if there are delivery problems. We are happy to help resolve them if you are respectful, cooperative and nice.

International Orders

We charge international customers the actual cost of shipping
We cannot offer free or flat rate shipping on these orders
The customer is responsible for any import taxes or tarriffs

Our website quotes shipping rates based on weight and delivery address. If you want to order $200 or more in product, load it into a shopping cart and then contact us before you check out. We will manually check shipping options and find the best rate we can.

We will ship using your FedEx or DHL account if you provide us with details

European Union

At this time we are not able to take orders from EU countries on our website. If you live in the EU and want to place an order, contact us and we may be able to create a special order for you. Be advised that we require the product gross value to be $200 US or more. Also be advised that shipping will likely cost almost as much as the product.

We gladly accept returns and will issue refunds under the following conditions:

- Items must be received at our facility with 30 days of purchase
- Items returned after 30 days will be subject to a restocking fee
- Items must be in new condition
- No food items (all food items are non returnable)

If those conditions are met, we refund the full price you paid for the item. We do not refund shipping.
