Blue 3/8" Curved Color Changing Plastic Side Release Buckles. The buckles are a translucent white until exposed to sunlight UV rays which changes their color. After returning indoors and stopping exposure to UV light, the buckles will change back to translucent white. Easy release and locks securely.
