More than needed

I am amazed at the generous mind set Paracord Galaxy has. I ordered 300' spool and received a spool and two hanks. Come to find out that they didn't have any 300' spools so they gave me an extra hank to make things better. Granted things like this doesn't always happen but in doing so it makes one feel better and will be a customer of Paracord Galaxy even with a price increase. Customer service is worth everything.
